Everything about my first time home buying experience was amazing! I had lots of questions, and was generally ignorant about most of the process going in. The entire staff at Joe Manausa was kind and patient with me, and allowed me to fully understand what was happening each step of the way. Jordan was fabulous! She was extremely prompt in responding to messages, and really understood what we wanted (I think better than we did sometimes!). It immediately put me at ease knowing that she wasn't working for a commission. When we gave her our price range, she was respectful of it and didn't just throw us houses that met the top end only.
